Right of Withdrawal for Goods That Can Be Shipped by Parcel Post
As a consumer, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

by means of an unequivocal statement concerning your decision to withdraw from the contract.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send notification of withdrawal within the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
Upon your revocation of this contract, we are obligated to refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. However, the costs incurred by the buyer for shipping the returned products are excluded from this refund. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold this refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have actually sent the goods back.
If the goods have lost value due to handling other than what is necessary to check their quality, you will be liable for this loss of value.

The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched within the 14-day period.
Contracts relating to the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production requires individual selection or specification by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs, cannot be revoked.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
The consumer does not have the right of withdrawal in the case of distance selling in relation to:
- goods produced according to the customer's specifications or clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs;
- goods that can deteriorate rapidly;
- goods delivered sealed and unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery;
- goods that, due to their characteristics, have been irreparably mixed with other products after delivery.
When returning products, please note the following:
- Request a receipt confirming shipment and retain it until you receive your refund or replacement.
- Returned products are typically processed within approximately 5 business days (excluding Saturdays) from receipt.
- The goods must be packaged carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
